It's been a while. But I have sort of an excuse; I've been away. I got in at midnightish last night, and I'm being chased upstairs to bed very soon.
I'm surprised that, aside from a little jet lag, I've readjusted well to being pulled forcibly out of one of the most incredible experiences of my life. I think it has to do with the fact that I got home and life immediately returned to normal. Today I went to work, got and cashed my paycheck, picked up the lizards, and had a swim meet. Life as normal; you could tell me nothing happened and I'd believe you.
But stuff has happened, and I'll write about it the next time I think to update. (Probably tomorrow.)
(On another note, I cheated on the last entry; I finished it up about ten minutes ago, so there.)
*First and foremost, I need to write about the NSLC program I attended at Stanford. I have lots of paper journals that I will probably transcribe, and lots of pictures to scan, both so they can see them and you, the reader can. I'll be talking about this program for a very long time, I think.
*What's been on my calendar other than a trip to California? A few swim meets, a trip to DC and American University, an adventure at a day camp with Julie and in the subsequent thunderstorm, and the date I had right before I left.
*Clockwork Grace, and its members, who I've been seeing a bit of. (Well, Allen and Stephen, anyway.)
*Noah, who keeps urging me to update, (I think he just wants to see his name in print), and how he's the best shrink I've ever had.
*Oh, that's all. Go read my TOD
if you get bored. There aren't updates, but the backlogged stuff is
nifty.
