I liked this one a great deal, and I finally learned that the grey font works best against the black...what a breakthrough. The feet (like the hands from the 'Gimme a Hand' layout) were from Paint Shop Pro picture tubes, which are wonderful, wonderful things.

The reason I discontinued this one, essentially, is that the gradient looks HORRIBLY grainy once it hits the web, unless you're running an extremely high resolution. At least is looks awesome over here.

Another problem with these wide-sidebar layouts is that the text seems very squished. Another reason I went to the top bar graphic.
