Sometimes I feel cocky saying that, because it makes me sound, at least to myself, like some kind of musical elite. But after nine years playing the flute, eight years singing, and a lifetime goal of being a rock star, I think I've earned it.

The title is the opening line from the audition song for Honors Choir.  It is, as of November, the only vocal group audition I've not made.  I love auditions.  I love showing off my voice.  I am an alto, and Sopranos are evil. 

The picture to the left is my bass.  I don't play it well or often, but I dream of being amazing and impressing guys and being really sexy.  We'll see how that works out.

Music is the only thing I know is true.  And I love it.
